On Fathers Day 2018, Our Port-Harcourt champs got together to make a difference in the life of a single father of two. Alongside new clippers for his business, a major highlight was the final renovation of our Father’s Day beneficiaries business. Truly, It’s the little things that matters!

Over the last few weeks these Amazing! Champs volunteered their time to planning and executing a fun renovation childrens day project for the kids of Mayom Wisdom Academy, Makoko. This is just the beginning! We are looking forward to doing more for this particular kids and supporting them to get the quality education they deserve!

On April 7th, Over 40 young Nigerians from different walks of life will come together in Bayelsa we the home of over 1000 Bakassi IDP Campers in Bayelsa state called Cameroon Camp. Established in 2006, Nigerians who lived in the Bakassi peninsula of southern Nigeria now Cameroon, had to relocate to this makeshift shanty town. Subjected to little to no facilities, poor living conditions, and unfulfilled government promises, we at GivebackNigeria sent our champions to make a meaningful difference in this community this Easter holiday.

Our End of the year charity buffet officially kicked off in Ogun, Lagos, Abuja and Rivers State and brought sixty- three champions to partake in service learning experience which both provided them with knowledge on social issues but also how direct service contributes to reducing inequalities and promoting active citizenship in their local communities.

Our peer mentorship outreaches allows our volunteers to have hands on leadership and learning experience. Twenty-Eight of our Rivers State Champions went out to Champion Change and give back to the people of Opobo Town, Rivers State with a medical skills outreach that benefited TWO HUNDRED and TWENTY-FOUR beneficiaries.

International Youth Day, Fifteen of Our Champions Exemplified the Theme of “Youth Promoting Peace” by Teaching Peace Through Creative Arts to the Fourty Kids of Babs Animashaun Childrens Home in Ikeja, Lagos and the Sixty Three Kids of Priesthood Holy Charity Home, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

Nigerian Youth Through our Platform Took Social Responsibility this Summer 2017 to Define ” Community” Through Giving Back. In Surulere, Lagos Over THREE HUNDRED & FIFTY People Were Fed and Provided Clothes. Most Importantly, TWENTY youth Came Together to Take Social Responsibility as a Family!
